This vintage sterling silver tea strainer is beautifully designed as a a miniature teapot decorated with perforated panels featuring a scrolled floral motif. A hinged cap with a safety lock has a visible C.S. monogram. Once open the rim of this cap is clearly stamped "Sterling". The tea pot dangles from a secured sterling 4 3/4" chain with ring attachment. The tea pot tea strainer dates from the 1940's & is in very good condition.
