Sterling Silver Clam Shell Sculpture SIGNED 1,700g

Marcia Gorra-Patek (American, 20th century), sterling silver biomorphic sculpture featuring two hand-hammered organic clam shell-like forms with a polished finish mounted on a rectangular wood base. Incised artist signature and date "1977" on the bottom of each piece. Wood base bears an engraved artist name plaque reading "Maria Torra-Palet." Combined approximate weight of the sculpture 1,700 grams.

Dimensions: 13 X 9.5 X 12.5 in.
