Small silver-plated spirits/ alcohol burner, a heater with a base to hold liquid fuel and a flame regulator knob and a top cover. The burner is marked on the bottom, "Reg. US. Pat.Off. Trade/Mark. Sternau & Co." [the trademark of the Sternau Company is in the middle]. Another mark is "PAT. FEB.17, 1906 / THER PAT. PEND / 865."
