(Mid 20th Century American living in Alabama), Street in Marion, Alabama, circa 1940, watercolor, 19 x 23.5 inches, signed in pencil lower right, Relyea was a professor at Judson College in Marion Alabama and this comes from the estate of one of his or her students that purchased it directly from the artist while attending school between 1940 and 1942, framed in a cherry wood frame measuring 26 x 30 inches
