Condition Report:
This lot has been professionally restored.

On all three elements, due to direct sunlight, the pigment of the laminate is not uniform. Light scratches are present throughout the surface of all three elements. There is light oxidation and scratches on the metallic parts.

The desk presents with a breakage close to edge on the bottom front right corner and some loss of color.
More evident light scratches on the top.
Light traces of glue on the front. There is some loss of color on the black edges, not visually distracting.

The closet presents some more evident light scratches on the top and some light rubbing marks.
The sliding movement is not fluid but easily repairable, the rail presents with some irregularities on the top and light traces of rust.
Some loss of color on the black edges, not visually distracting.

The bed is presents with scratches and rubbing marks on the metallic handle from being used as support when opened. Throughout the edges, there are light chips, traces of restoration, and some dents, not visually distracting
