Studio RENS - Desso - Rug - RE-VIVE rug

Re-VIVE rug (hand-painted) Design studio RENS developed, together with Tarkett (DESSO) , the world-famous rug manufacturer, a collection of rugs called "Re-vive". In this special collaboration between RENS & Tarkett (DESSO) , RENS shows that rest materials can be brought to life again. The colour red has a double meaning in this way - it signifies the fact that too much is wasted these days. In a world of limited resources, it is necessary to start thinking differently about what is being thrown away and how the durability of materials can be lengthened. Studio RENS developed a creative concept to use the interaction of red dyes with various fabrics to create new and unique products. In collaboration with Tarkett (DESSO) and using a manual dyeing process, they apply red pigments to finishing rug collections in order to design new rugs. In addition to their own collections and interior products, the designers collaborate closely with various labels and companies. Conducting material research, product innovation and art direction.
