UNFOILED glass / mirror Unique wall piece Designed by material studies with transparent colour foil and mirror foil on bronze colored glass – translated into a unique wall mirror, with stainless steel clamps. The object continuously changes color and intensity under the influence of daylight. The glass object consists of one sheet of glass, thickness 8mm, bronze colored and is attached to the wall by means of four stainless steel clamps that hold the mirror in place. STUDIO RENS Dutch Design Research studio Material minded, colourful to the core. Studio RENS is a research-based design studio. From Eindhoven (the Netherlands) the duo initiates projects in which colour often plays a key role. In addition to their own collections and interior products, the designers collaborate closely with various labels and companies. Conducting material research, product innovation and art direction. Previous partnerships included Auping, Cor Unum Ceramics, Tarkett (Desso) , Moooi Carpets, Lacq, Lighting Laboratory KU Leuven, Philips Innovation Services, Canon NL, Pode, Baars & Bloemhoff, Design Museum Ghent and Zuiderzeemuseum, amongst others.
