Comprising issues from 1847 to 1904, Primarily all are canceled and in Fine to Very Fine condition, commencing with a used example of New York Postmaster Provisional Scott 9X1, Seventeen 1847 5c Franklin and Seven 10c Washington, with the 1875 Reproductions also present, numerous examples from the 1851-57 imperforate issue, the 1857-61 perforated series including Scott #37 on a Patriotic cover front, The 1861 to 1867 issues with shades, cancellations and grills. 1869 1c to 90c includes seven 90c. Lincoln, The Bank Note series are well represented with most issues from 1870 through 1893, including a used block of twelve Scott #166 and a used block of 8, Scott #218. The 1893 Columbian Exposition issue is complete used to the $5 with extra examples of the $1 (13), $2 (7), $4 (3) in addition to unused examples without gum of the $1, $2, $3 (2) and the $4, followed by the Bureau and Regular Issues of 1894 to 1904 along with the 1901 through 1907 commemoratives. The 1898 Trans-Mississippi Exposition series from 1c to $2 with an additional eleven used $1 Cattle. Finishing with a Mint set of C1-3, although the primary value is in the used items, we must advise that a few of these are adhered to the black mounting and will require some careful conservation to remove them to a new home, still offering a valuable selection of desirable items. A careful and personal examination is suggested. The approximate 2021 Scott catalogue is estimated at $215,000.
