This Blancpain X Swatch watch honors Blancpain’s Fifty Fathoms, the first true diver’s watch. Its beige case and crown are made of Bioceramic material. The word “Swatch” is inscribed on the outer left side of the case. The metal dial is printed in several layers of color for a gradient effect. A special symbol can be found on the bottom part of the dial: a red trefoil on a yellow background with a white cross cutting through it. The words “NO RADIATIONS” below the logo, are a nod to the legendary Fifty Fathoms heritage and rich history of diver’s watches in the sixties. The hour indexes, hour, and minute hands, as well as the scale on the bezel, are enriched with Grade A Super-LumiNova® for outstanding legibility in the dark. The one-direction rotating beige-colored Bioceramic bezel, and biosourced glass are treated with an anti-scratch coating. The SISTEM51 mechanical movement is visible thanks to a transparent sapphire glass and features an illustration of the Arctic Ocean and the Dendronotus Frondosus nudibranch in digital print. Five inspirational inscriptions can be found on the back of the watch: PASSION FOR DIVING – LICENCE TO EXPLORE – OCEAN BREATH – PROTECT WHAT YOU LOVE and IMMERSE YOURSELF. The NATO strap is made of recycled fishing nets that were removed from the sea. The pin buckle and loops are made of Bioceramic material.

Cette montre Blancpain X Swatch rend hommage à la Fifty Fathoms de Blancpain, la première véritable montre de plongée. Sa couronne et son boîtier beige sont en biocéramique. L'inscription « Swatch » figure sur le côté extérieur gauche du boîtier. Le cadran métallique est imprimé en plusieurs couches de couleur pour créer un effet dégradé. Un symbole spécial se trouve sur la partie inférieure du cadran : un trèfle rouge sur fond jaune, barré d'une croix blanche. Les mots « NO RADIATIONS » sous le logo sont un clin d’œil à l’héritage légendaire de la Fifty Fathoms et à la riche histoire des montres de plongée dans les années 60. Les index des heures, les aiguilles des heures et des minutes, ainsi que l’échelle sur la lunette sont enrichis de Super-LumiNova® Grade A pour une lisibilité exceptionnelle dans l'obscurité. La lunette en biocéramique beige à rotation unidirectionnelle et le verre biosourcé sont traités avec un revêtement anti-rayures. Le mouvement mécanique SISTEM51 est visible grâce à un verre saphir transparent et comprend une illustration de l’océan Arctique et du nudibranche Dendronotus frondosus en impression numérique. Cinq inscriptions inspirantes figurent au dos de la montre : PASSION FOR DIVING – LICENCE TO EXPLORE – OCEAN BREATH – PROTECT WHAT YOU LOVE – IMMERSE YOURSELF. Le bracelet NATO est fabriqué en filets de pêche recyclés qui ont été retirés de la mer. La boucle à ardillon et les passants sont en biocéramique.
