Swing bag - Silver - Netherlands - Second half 18th century

Antique children's buckle purse with accompanying purse hook with driven decor of parrots and rocailles. It is a very rare purse and actually belongs in a museum. The purse hook has the master sign "HM" (Hylke Martens, Kollum, 1771-1794) . The bracket is possible from Allert Vineyards. He worked from 1748 to 1808. The size of the purse is considerable for a children's buckle purse, the toddler with hands on the head indicates that the bag was intended for a child, on photo 5 a piece of literature on children's buckle purses. The silver monogram on the bag is very special, I've never seen it before. The initials match the back of the buckle (J. M. 1778) .
