Artist's Statement: During a pandemic, artists must continue to work and maintain their enthusiasm. This is a classic pose of a painter at work. Taken from one of the self-portrait paintings by Rembrandt. In my opinion, artists like this should be ready to work, whatever the conditions and situations, including the Covid 19 pandemic situation.
