Sydney Cash b.1941 Abstract Glass House Sculpture
Sydney Cash (American, born 1941), contemporary art glass sculpture titled Green with Sky, dated 1981. Features a translucent green sculptural vessel form with elongated supports displayed within a geometric house-shaped glass enclosure. Artist signed and dated CASH 81 in the lower right interior of the enclosure. Accompanied by period documentation from Contemporary Art Glass Gallery and Heller Gallery, including an invoice dated October 31, 1981, together with artist biographical material.
Dimensions: 15 X 12 X 8 in.
Condition: Good to fair overall vintage condition with typical age-related surface wear. One sloped roof panel of the glass enclosure exhibits a prominent linear crack branching into multiple fractures.
