Large dark glossy earthenware vase (height approx. 53 cm) with high quality painting. Painters initials TV refer to Theorodus Verstraaten, who worked at Plazuid from 1901-1908. Previously Verstraaten worked at Rozenburg & Brantjes (see photo 10 & 11) See: Singelenberg-van der Meer, M. Nederlandse Keramiek-en glasmerken 1880-1940, page 109. In very good condition--> no chips, glaze in good condition. Can be picked up in the Eindhoven region. Shipping with track & trace and very well and safely packed.
