CONDITION
Observed in frame, the work is in overall very good condition. Overall surface dirt; would benefit from a light cleaning. Very fine and faint age-appropriate craquelure apparent at the top right. Under UV light, a small repair, (1/2 in.) long, apparent under the chimney at right. Retouching to a very small area of the craquelure in the upper right corner and spots along the top edge.
