The main focus being three Venus' flower basket (Euplectella aspergillum) - a deep water glass sponge found below 500 metres in the Pacific Ocean. Their beautiful silica skeletons form a unique lattice structure of spicules. A fascinating creature from the deep. Amongst the sandy base are shells; starfish and a Tiger Brittle Star. Whist a pair of crabs battle, a seahorse cavorts at the base of another sponge.
