Imprinted At London by the deputies of Christopher Barker printer to the Queenes most excellent Maiestie, 1599; (i.e. Amsterdam, Jan Fredericksz Stam, c.1633). 4to. 9 x 7½ inches. PP: (vi)including title, 190 leaves (complete, with last page blank), 1-127 leaves(The Second Part), Engraved Title Page of New Testament (Title within heart shaped centre and with border of tribes and apostles), dated, 1599. 1-121, (11) leaves of Table, with Colophon dated 1599, Title Page: A Brief Concordance, Printed by William Du Gard, for Nicolas Bourn,1652 (52 leaves), Title Page: The Booke of Psalmes, no date (x), 1-90 & 93 (nothing missing), (xi). With maps and illustrations in the text of the Old Testament, plus 1 map in the New. c full leather, lacking clasps. Rebacked, hinges cracked and lower cover almost detached. Title page frayed at edges and taped to upper cover. Many pages with frayed edges; one page torn (without loss); the odd small stain and tear. Sold with all faults.
