THE PRIDE REFLECTS Artist: Amy Jackson The Pride Reflects is a mirrored, silver lion whose surface catches and holds the light with a quiet, polished brilliance. As viewers approach, they see themselves reflected within it, becoming part of the work. This shifting image is central to the sculpture. It changes constantly with each person, each moment, each gathering, yet its meaning remains steady. The true Pride of Yorkshire is not fixed in form, but lives in the people it reflects.
