in patinated bronze and Sienna yellow marble. On either side of the central marble marker stands a large group of figures modelled on a work by Claude Michallon (1751–1799). The dial displays the hours in Roman numerals. It is surmounted by a gilded bronze bas-relief depicting an oil lamp.
