The Rolling Stones (English Rock Band formed 1962) - autographs on a slip of paper, obtained in October 1964 at the Bristol Colston Hall. Signed in blue ink by Mick Jagger, Bill Wyman, Keith Richards, Brian Jones and Charlie Watts. Richards has added the band's name 'The Rolling Stones' to the centre of the page. Some staining, irregularly torn down one edge, otherwise good. Supplied with an original newspaper clipping from the Bristol Evening Post 2nd October 1964 (the day after the concert) giving an account of the event in which 'The Rolling Stones were accused last night of deliberately whipping up 2,000 Bristol teenagers to the brink of a riot,' and goes into some detail regarding the 'frenzy' caused by the band. Obtained in-person by the vendor before the concert.
