THE TRANSPLANT GAME Artist: Pete McKee In August 2026, The British Transplant Games came Sheffield! Each year, this competition empowers transplant recipients to optimise their gift of life through an active lifestyle, and demonstrate the life-changing and saving power of organ transplantation. The Transplant Game draws inspiration from the 1960s board game, Operation, and is a collaboration between Westfield Health and artist Pete McKee, who received a life-saving liver transplant in 2017, to raise awareness of organ donation and welcome the games to Sheffield.
