Octavo (In-8º) of XII-448 pp., with a portrait on the half-title leaf, and 6 plates outside the text. Original half-parchment binding, with damaged outer corners. Unique edition of this rather uncommon monograph on a famous adventurer from Westphalia (1694-1756), a short‑lived monarch in 1736.
This copy belonged to the King of Italy Vittorio Emanuele III di Savoia, who underlined dozens of pages... thus enhancing the value of the work in question.

Cet exemplaire a appartenu au Roi d’Italie Vittorio Emanuele III di Savoia, qui a souligné des dizaines de pages... rehaussant ainsi la valeur de l’ouvrage en question.
