Partly-printed D.S. as President, 1p. folio, Washington, Feb. 16, 1903, an appointment of Samuel L. Wheaton to serve as Postmaster of Manchester, Massachusetts. Signed by Roosevelt at the bottom right. Presented in a 25 x 19.5 in. light wooden frame. Very good.
