each lacquered papier-maché box with rounded ends and sliding tray, one decorated with scenes of courtly entertainment, another with Shaykh San'an and the Christian maiden and hunting scenes on the sides, the interior with the case maker's signature ‘The hoping servant (of God) Rafi’ al-Husayni’, the signed and dated example with a full length maiden on the cover and hunting scenes on the sides

Condition Report:
All three in good condition, some craquelure to the surface of each as consistent with age, the one signed Ya Shah Najaf with some minor areas of damage, as viewed.
