THREE QINGBAI BOWLS, SONG DYNASTY (AD 970-1279)

The three bowls are carved on the interior with similar stylized flowers and leaves, and are covered overall with a glaze of pale greenish-blue tone.
Smaller bowls: 5 3/8 in. (13.7 cm.) diam.
Larger bowl: 8 in. (20.3 cm.) diam.

CONDITION REPORT:
The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of these pieces acquired after their initial manufacture.
Large bowl:
- There are small nicks and chips to the mouth.
- There are a few chips to the foot rim and kiln grit adhesion to the base.

Two small bowls:
- one appears to be in overall good condition.
- the other appears to be in good overall condition except for a few small areas of misfiring.
