Condition Report: Cracks in many places throughout shade. The shade and base appear a marriage. Warhol sale label is printed and taped on the underside of lamp. Lamp has been re-wired, possibly refinished or restored. Connection to neck is not lined up properly and should be adjusted. Cap to top is wrong cap, the screw and cap only rest at the connection above the shade, does not screw in.
