Condition Report:
Overall in very good condition. When viewed firsthand, this lamp displays harmoniously as a unit, with highly complementary proportions between the shade and base. The shade displays vibrant iridized turquoise coloration with beautifully articulated decoration. The shade with some occasional extremely minor air bubbles, particulate inclusions, and surface irregularities inherent in the making and not visually detractive. The surface of the glass with some scattered extremely fine scratches consistent with age and gentle handling. The bottom rim with a small inclusion, inherent to the production process and not visually detractive. The base is in very good condition and retains its original parts, including the kerosene burner outfitted with Tiffany Studios knobs. The bronze surfaces with scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions, consistent with age and gentle handling. With a clear glass chimney which is likely later and displays with some light surface soiling. Please note this lamp is not electrified. An incredibly charming and dynamic lamp unit.
