Condition Report:
Overall in very good condition. The shade with approximately 4 cracks dispersed throughout, stable. The shade with some surface soiling concentrated to the contours adjacent to the leadlines, consistent with age. The “Mushroom” base is in very good condition, displaying fine casting and details. The bronze surfaces with scattered minor surface scratches and abrasions, and with some surface soiling and minor oxidation concentrated to the recessed contours of the design, consistent with age and gentle handling. With period sockets and a period “Spider” finial in very good condition.
