Overall in very good condition. The shade with approximately 8 cracks dispersed throughout, stable. The shade with some extremely light traces of surface soiling concentrated to the contours adjacent to the leadlines, and with some minor traces of oxidation, consistent with age. All of the turtle-back tiles appear original and undisturbed. The base is in very good condition and displays a rich patina. The bronze surfaces with some scattered extremely minor surface scratches and abrasions, consistent with age and gentle use. The base with a later reproduction wheel. With period sockets. With a period finial in very good condition with minor wear to the patina concentrated to the knop. A very handsome lamp model with striking visual presence.
