[ translate ]

Property from an Important American Collection
TIFFANY STUDIOS
VASE

circa 1898-1900
favrile glass
engraved L.C.T. N404
4 in. (10.2 cm) high
4⅞ in. (12.4 cm) maximum diameter

Condition Report:
Overall in very good condition. When viewed firsthand, the vase displays strong mirrored iridescence and highly saturated ultramarine coloration. The glass displays with scattered minor air bubbles, particulate inclusions and minor surface irregularities inherent in the making and not visually detractive. The glass surfaces with some occasional extremely fine and minor surface scratches, consistent with age and gentle handling. A dynamic and charmingly irregular form with great coloration.
