Trabert & Hoeffer were a leading jeweller in America during the 1930's, working closely with Hollywood and supplying jewels for leading actresses of the era. They were best known for incorporating colourful and magnificent gemstones in their pieces. From 1936-1953 Trabert & Hoeffer partnered with Mauboussin, capitalizing on the American interest in French jewels and the well established name of Mauboissin.
