The cannelee case with ribbed handle over an oval bevelled glass inspection panel revealing the engraved silvered platform with rotating gilt centre supporting the bridge cock with blued steel balance spring and club-foot lever escapement, the enamel Roman and Arabic dial with Breguet style hands and signed 'BREVETE S.G.D.G.' above the monogram 'RVR', the backplate repeat signed, striking on a coiled steel gong. 18cms high.

The platform escapement rotates 360 degrees in 45 seconds.
