Two Chinese Desaru shipwreck blue and white spoons, circa 1830, each of traditional form, having blue tendril designs, resting in a fitted box. Note: The Chinese merchant ship Desaru sank off of West Malaysia in 1830. The wreck was excavated in 2001-2002.

Condition Report: Examined under blacklight. No restorations apparent, each with 2-4 small chips underneath and 1-2 small chips at the finial, one having a fleabite on the rim of the bowl.
