TWO CHINESE GILT-DECORATED MINIATURE VASES.

Qing Dynasty, Qianlong mark and of the period.

Each with an ovoid body and a slender neck with two handles, one painted with a group of seven boys at play, the other with a group of Immortals and a dragon in clouds above, all against gold ground, with Qianlong marks to the bases, 11cm H. (2)

Provenance: from the collection of Mr Gustav Amann (1882 – 1940) consulting engineer to the Chinese government.
