One decorated with a bat flying above a crane perched on rockwork, embellished with coral and seed pearls, the other decorated with a fish eating plants amongst weeds and flowers, the handle inlaid with wire, with fitted silk boxes, 41.7m max. (6)
Provenance: from the collection of Dr John William Hawksley Grice OBE (1891–1976) and thence by descent.
