TWO EIGHT-SIDED CHINESE YONGZHENG PERIOD PLATES

18TH century pieces, both decorated with figural scene in famille rose enamel at the center, enclosed by flowers and bats patterns in blue and white with gilt decorations. The deep plate has one small chip to its foot rim and another to its top rim, an underglazed scratch incurred in production of about 6.5 CM. The other one has a firing crack of about 2 CM at its base, not penetrating to the front and small chips at the top rim. Otherwise both in great vintage condition. Size: the deep plate is 22 CM in width, 4 CM in height; the other is 23 CM in width and 2.2 CM in height.
