the first one with maker's mark AS, Moscow, 1899-1908, in Art Nouveau taste, the mount and lid cast with flowers and leaves, struck on mount and inside lid with unidentified initials 'AS', 84 standard; the second one with maker's mark PF (Cyrillic), St Petersburg, 1908-1917, bombé body, the mount with alternating palmettes and flowers and engraved with 'From colleagues' in Russian and 'XXV', the lid with initials MM under a coronet, struck on the mount with unidentified initials PF (Cyrillic), 84 standard
