TWO UNDERGLAZE-BLUE-DECORATED BOTTLE VASES, 18TH CENTURY

The first vase has a globular body rising to a slender neck with a galleried rim and is incised on one side of the body with lotus flowers, outlined in pale underglaze blue; the second vase has a compressed globular body and a slender neck, covered overall with a crackled white glaze, and is incised around the body with a dragon chasing a flaming pearl, outlined in pale underglaze blue. The base has an apocryphal Chenghua mark.
