Table, Pedestal decorated with dragons - Empire Style - Marble, Walnut, Wood - Circa 1900

Unique antique table with marble top. The base of the table is of solid wood and was sculpted by hand. The polished tabletop is made of solid marble, carefully rounded and finished with a decorative cut band all around. Diameter top 162 cm. Diameter stem 120 cm. Height top 75. 5 cm. There are light traces of use that give the table extra patina (see close-ups, matte stain on top, only visible from a very specific angle of view, lighter colour on the side of the base that was always directed towards the window) . Furthermore, this robust table is a unique and timeless showpiece in the right interior and the right environment, modern or classic.
