The authenticity of this work has been confirmed by Pierre Célice.
Condition Report:
The canvas is lined and the edges are taped. Inspection under UV light reveals some scattered spots of retouching to the composition, most prominently along the left and upper edges. There are some fine lines of craquelure, mostly to the white pigment, some light surface dirt in places and a few scattered minor surfaces scratches. This work is in overall good condition.
