A painting about the promising 60s/70s. The counterculture would change the world and make it a fireball of love and peace. What happened? ! The human condition is what happened. Painted by Taco Eisma: RESUME. Taco Eisma (1973) My work is a combination of the Northern Renaissance painting/reliefs and the comic. By placing images and text in a specific way, a story or a narrative snapshot is created. A number of works criticize certain contemporary social developments. But my love for the 70s and 80s is also discussed. From 2010 I mainly focused on portrait painting.
