Condition Report: **Surface dirt, toning of the varnish layer, craquelure pattern visible, previously cleaned and relined. Trimmed tacking edges. Signs of inpainting upper mid-right and left (sky), lower left (ground and horse's leg); lower mid-right/center (horseman, ground and horse's leg) and lower mid-left/center (horse's back legs), mid-right (horse's tail), mid-right (horse) and lower mid-right (ground). Antique bronzed frame with signs of past restorations, surface marks, nicks and abrasions; losses along edges and in corners.
