Engraved pocket map (24 1/4 x 30 3/8 in.; 618 x 772 mm), full contemporary handcoloring, inset "Map Of The Roads &c. From Vera Cruz & Alvarado To Mexico," inset plan of the "Harbor Of Vera Cruz," two tables of statistics and distances. Accompanied by the original embossed brown cloth binding, front cover gilt-lettered "Tanner's Travelling Map of Mexico."

Handsomely framed and glazed with UVIII Plexiglass. Very slightly faded. Binding rubbed and split at spine.
