Taxidermy: A Large Cased Pair of Glaucous Gulls (Larus hyperboreus), dated 22nd February 1895, Wells, Norfolk, a pair of adult full mounts, both stood upon painted faux rockwork, amidst dry grasses and heather, set against a pale blue watercolour painted interior, enclosed within a large period ebonised single-glass display case, 118.5cm by 36.5cm by 79cm, provenance - originally bought within the ''Henry Spencer & Son's auction of the contents of Annesley Park, Nottinghamshire''. Hand written paper legend to verso.
