Taxidermy: Beisa Oryx (Oryx beisa), dated 1912, British East Africa, by Rowland Ward Ltd, "The Jungle", 167 Piccadilly, London, Rowland Ward Record Class, a high quality adult male neck mount, with head looking sharply down, glass eyes, right horn 85.5cm, left horn 84.5cm, tip to tip 30cm, from the wall 111cm, height 92cm, mounted upon a trademark shield, with ivorine plaque - "Oryx Beisa Annectans, B.E.A,1912", full paper trade and care label, including RW gouge to verso

In historical restored condition, both ears repainted, single crack to skin behind each ear. We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a Condition Report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.
