Taxidermy: Roan Antelope (Hippotragus equinus), dated 1920, Kafue, Zambia, by Rowland Ward Ltd, 167 Piccadilly, London, a high quality adult male neck with head turning to the right, glass eyes, right horn 67cm, left horn 66.5cm, tip to tip 21.5cm, from the wall 68cm, height 110cm, mounted upon a trademark shield, with ivorine plaque - "Roan Antelope, Kafue, 1920", full paper trade label and care label to verso, including original metal game tags
Both ears historically restored and re-painted. We are happy to provide Condition Reports to prospective buyers, but would welcome your request as soon as possible, preferably at least 48 hours before the Day of Sale. We cannot guarantee a reply to any requests made within 48 hours of the start of the auction. The absence of a Condition Report from a lot does not mean that the lot is in perfect condition.
