Heavily made, hammered silver Art Deco tea service, consisting of teapot with ebony handle, tea box (or sugar pot) , creamer and spoon vase. In excellent condition, apart from a few minor signs of wear. Teapot: - weight 651 grams; - volume 1350 cc (1 1/3 litres) ; - dimension from spout to handle 29 cm, width 13. 5 cm and height 14. 5 cm. Tea box or sugar bowl with lid: - weight 290 grams; - dimensions 13 x 10. 5 x 9. 5 cm. Spoon vase: - weight 136 grams - dimensions 8. 5 x 7. 5 x 7. 5 cm. Cream or milk jug: - weight 170 grams - dimension from spout to handle 14. 6 cm, width 9 cm, height 8 cm. With barely visible remarks on handle. Total four-piece weight 1247 grams. Second content, hallmarked 835M (as used in Scandinavia) , Tax mark for foreign works introduced from 1 January 1906 to 1 September 1953.
