Tea service, Calcutta silver tea service - .925 silver - British India - Early 20th century

A fine solid silver tea service consisting of tea pot, sugar bowl and creamer measuring 19. 5cm, 11,3cm and 10,8cm in height respectively and together weighing 1053g (circa 1Kg silver weight without the wooden handle) , the walls with chased decoration to each side with different chased scenery to each reserve depicting rural life. Each piece stamped to the foot rim with Sterling Silver assay mark. Condition: Overall very good, minor damage to the foot rim of the sugar bowl. Minor wear commensurate with age. This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
