Antique Chinese 18th Century Qing Dynasty Qianlong Period Porcelain Teapot With En Grisaille Decoration From The Thomazeau Collection. The Thomazeau Collection resides in the exquisite 18th. C SW France Hotel de Cours de Thomazeau chateau. Fine bullet shaped teapot decorated with "Encre de Chine" or "En Grisaille" palet of black and gilt. Decorated on both sides with cranes in various poses. Naturalistic shaped handle and spout and peach finial on the lid. Approximate size 9. 2 cm (3 5/8") high and 17. 6 by 9 cm (6 15/16"by 3 9/16") long and wide. Weight 288gr Condition is very good, no hairlines, one small chip on underside of the spout.
