To use the World Time function, unscrew the left crown and place the name of your current location on the current time indication shown on the 24 hours on the dial (always considering the solar time and paying attention to the time am or pm) , then to understand the time of another location in the world just look at the corresponding time relative to the 24 hours on the dial and to display the minutes you will always use the hand of the main time.
Then screw in the crown again.
