Condition Report:
The surface with patination and some flaking throughout, few areas with retouching, notably gold paint to face, the top of his head (with bud), comes off like a lid, remnants of red paint to right hand, some scratches, underside appears hollow, please note that contrary to the printed catalogue, in which this lot is pictured on a modern base, it does not come with that base, as viewed.
